Industrial Assistant Property Manager

Stream Realty Partners is a commercial real estate services organization seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide first-class property management services and assist a Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years plus experience in the Commercial Property Management industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs)
• Basic accounting knowledge and skills
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department
