Job Description
Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Industrial Property Manager to provide first-class property management services to third-party clients and owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial and operational management, client interaction, and supervisory responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred
- CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations
- Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
