Job Description
Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Property Manager to provide first-class property management services to third-party clients and owners. The Property Manager will be responsible for financial and operational management, client interaction, tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, budgeting, and supervisory responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility
- CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations
- Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
