Streamworks is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for employees in a fast-paced environment. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues used in printing, mailing, bindery, and inkjet operations.
Requirements
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and application issues.
- Perform new hire onboarding and employee offboarding.
- Manage users, licensing, and services in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
