Job Description
Street Child is hiring Field Officers to monitor and implement the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) program in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating educational activities in a humanitarian context and a strong understanding of the TaRL approach.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in coordinating educational activities in a humanitarian context
- University degree in social sciences, education, development, or a related field
- Experience in teacher training and mentoring or education partner coordination
- Excellent proficiency in French, both written and oral; knowledge of English is an asset
- Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the TaRL approach and local context (North Kivu, South Kivu, MaĂŻndombe) is an advantage
