Field Officers constitute the main link between the organization and its activities on the ground. They ensure the proper execution of projects, conduct site visits, collect data and manage relationships with local stakeholders. They monitor progress, ensure compliance with policies, write reports and provide direct practical support to teachers or team members, ensuring the effective implementation of TaRL/EAGLE interventions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 school visits per week
- Verify that children are correctly grouped by learning level
- Ensure that state inspectors actively support schools through mentoring visits
- Identify gaps in teaching and provide immediate and constructive feedback to teachers
- Provide lesson demonstrations for teachers and take charge of the class in case of a teacher's absence
- Assist teachers in overcoming technical difficulties to achieve expert implementation of learning
- Collaborate daily with the Sector Chief to examine progress and collect weekly field reports
- Animate sessions to evolve the inspector's role from control to practical support
- Monitor student attendance and mobilize parents and school administrators to resolve absenteeism issues
- Submit structured weekly reports on school performance and teacher progress
- Immediately report any technical issues or resource shortages to the Project Manager to enable quick resolution
