The Field Officers will be the main link between the organization and its activities on the ground, ensuring the proper execution of projects, conducting site visits, collecting data, and managing relationships with local stakeholders. They will also provide direct practical support to teachers or team members, ensuring the effective implementation of TaRL/EAGLE interventions.
Requirements
- Conduct a minimum of 3 school visits per week to observe live classes
- Verify that children are correctly grouped by learning level (and not by class) and that classes are conducted according to the schedule
- Ensure that state inspectors actively support schools through mentorship visits
- Identify gaps in teaching and provide immediate and constructive feedback to teachers
- Conduct lesson demonstrations for teachers and take charge of the class in case of teacher absence
- Help teachers overcome technical difficulties to achieve expert implementation of learning
- Collaborate daily with the Sector Head to examine progress and collect weekly field reports
- Animate sessions aimed at evolving the role of inspectors, from control to practical support
- Follow up on student attendance and mobilize parents and school administrators to address absenteeism issues
- Submit structured weekly reports on school performance and teacher progress
- Immediately report to the Project Manager any technical shortfalls or resource shortages to enable rapid resolution
