The Field Officers are the main link between the organization and its activities on the ground. They ensure the proper execution of projects, conduct site visits, collect data, and manage relationships with local stakeholders.
Requirements
- Conduct at least 3 school visits per week to observe live sessions
- Verify that children are properly grouped by learning level (and not by class) and that sessions are conducted according to the schedule
- Ensure that state inspectors actively support schools through mentorship visits
- Identify gaps in teaching and provide immediate and constructive feedback to teachers
- Conduct lesson demonstrations for teachers and take charge of the class in case of a teacher's absence
- Help teachers overcome technical difficulties so they can achieve expert implementation of learning
- Collaborate daily with the Sector Head to examine progress and collect weekly field reports
- Animate sessions aimed at evolving the role of inspectors, from control to practical support
- Monitor student attendance and mobilize parents and school authorities to resolve absenteeism issues
- Submit structured weekly reports on school performance and teacher progress
- Immediately report to the Project Manager any technical issues or resource shortages to enable quick resolution
