Job Description
We are seeking a High School English Teacher to join our team at Texas Virtual Academy of Hallsville (TVAH). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality online instruction to students, supporting families and learning coaches, and contributing to a collaborative and student-centered environment. As a remote teacher, you will work from home and occasionally travel to school functions. If you are passionate about education and committed to student success, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active state teaching license
- Ability to clear required background check
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers
- Receptive to receiving coaching and feedback
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with proposed age group (desired)
