Commercial Counsel

Stripe is looking for an exceptional transactional lawyer to join their commercial legal team supporting their fast-growing business in the Americas. The role involves supporting the AMER Sales team, advising on commercial and legal issues, and building out Stripe's commercial legal infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in-house or in a technology practice group in a top law firm
• Qualified with good standing membership in at least one US state bar with a JD degree or foreign equivalent
• Intellectually curious and a creative problem solver
• A self-starter with a bias for action
• A clear and concise communicator
• A natural collaborator
• Familiar with the range of legal issues and commercial risks that arise in connection with hosted data and technology services
• A team player who is willing to do what it takes to contribute to the collective success
