Commercial Counsel,APAC

Stripe is looking for an exceptional transactional lawyer to join our commercial legal team supporting our fast growing business in APAC. The Commercial Counsel will support the APAC Sales team, lead negotiations for complex agreements, and advise on commercial and legal issues.

Requirements

• Support the APAC Sales team, leading negotiations for complex and strategic agreements;
• Advise on a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including launch of new products to Stripe users and support international expansions;
• Be an integral part of the build out of Stripe’s commercial legal infrastructure;
• Partner with teams across Stripe globally, including sales, operations, product, tax, risk groups, and others;
• Develop and deliver training and other resources to help the Sales team sell our products;
