Partner Development Manager (Banks)

Role Overview

Join the Financial Partnerships team at Stripe to develop and manage relationships with global and regional banks. The team is responsible for executing high-impact, cross-functional product partnership initiatives across existing products and early stage financial products.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute multi-year global strategies for building Stripe's relationships with banking partners, design and scale mechanisms to deepen relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of financial services experience
• Directly working at banking institutions in cash management, FIG or payments
• Experience across partner management or business development working with banking institutions in PSPs or fintechs
• Advanced knowledge of the banking and clearing landscape across multiple geographies
• Experience building proprietary global collection and payout networks
• Proven track record of working in a product centric environment
• Broad and deep experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies
