Partner Development Manager, Global Networks

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager, Global Networks to lead one of Stripe's critical network partnerships. The role requires close coordination with leadership, product and engineering teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. The candidate will manage overall partner health, build internal strategy and business cases, drive deal negotiation and execution, and coordinate priorities with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years in partnerships, business development, or similar fields
• 3+ years deep in the payments world—you need to understand how card networks operate
• Experience negotiating significant commercial deals
• Comfortable in a product-focused environment with lots of dependencies
• Great communication skills, especially being able to influence C-level colleagues
• Experience running big, complex, cross-functional projects
