Partner Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Stripe is looking for a Partner Development Manager to join their Strategic Partnerships team, developing and managing relationships with large partners to enable Stripe's product strategy and deliver new capabilities to users. The role involves evaluating and developing business cases, managing strategic planning, negotiation, and new partnership development.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of partnerships experience
• 5+ years of business development experience
• Strong agency and ability to handle ambiguity
• Strong communication skills
• Technical acumen and ability to understand Stripe's product portfolio and strategy
• 5+ years experience defining and executing partnership strategies
• 5+ years experience negotiating commercial deals
