Policy Enforcement Strategist

Stripe is seeking a Policy Enforcement Strategist to join their User Risk Strategy team. The successful candidate will design and execute on strategies and projects to improve Stripe's risk controls and user experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Payments or fintech industries
• Experience in a related role (risk, compliance and/or product enablement)
• Ability to distill complex, ambiguous risk and policy problems into clear, concise, and reliable guidance
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills
• Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and solve problems with the end user in mind
• Strong data intuition and analysis, including proficiency with SQL
