Requirements
- Monthly measurement of salesforce quota attainment
- Monthly forecasting of compensation to target
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover root causes of disconnects between performance and compensation correlation
- Reporting and analysis to senior business leadership
- Proactive analysis and reviews to uncover trends and offer solutions to potential disconnects
- Build proficiency in ICM tool
- System administration for quarterly compensation cycle
- Accurate and timely compensation each quarter
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards
- In-depth understanding of Stripe's sales compensation structures
