Sales Compensation Analyst

Stripe is hiring a Sales Compensation Analyst to work on the Sales Compensation Team. The team is responsible for the overall compensation strategy, design, and payment administration for the global sales organization. The role will involve processing data, validating calculations, communicating compensation, and handling clarification requests.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics
• 2+ years of experience in a sales compensation payment role
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and ICM (e.g. Captivate IQ, Varicent, Xactly) tools
• Experience with reporting tools, SQL query optimization, and Tableau
• Very organized and attentive to detail, with excellent prioritization skills
• Ability to handle the complexities of an end-to-end commissions close
• Ability to address questions and concerns quickly and patiently
