Job Description
Kaseya is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to administer all aspects of commissions using CIQ or spreadsheets, collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance and Sales Management, and troubleshoot calculation or data errors within CIQ, Salesforce and Snowflake.
Requirements
- Administer all aspects of commissions using CIQ or spreadsheets
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance and Sales Management
- Payroll Accruals & Processing
- Create, validate, and audit monthly reports
- Extract, transform, and analyse data from Salesforce, Snowflake and CIQ
- Troubleshoot and resolve calculation or data errors
- Support training to Sales teams around Compensation-related processes, procedures, and program details
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide ongoing support
