Senior People Partner

Stripe is seeking a Senior People Partner (Senior HRBP) to drive their people strategy across EMEA. This role will partner with senior leaders to align business strategy with people strategy, leverage data to inform strategies, and support teams through talent and organizational planning. The ideal candidate will provide a strategic consultant role and offer high-impact results for Stripe users.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
• Strong analytical and project management skills
