Job Description
Capital.com is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to shape and execute its global technology people strategy. The role involves strategic partnership with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Security, driving organizational effectiveness and embedding a culture of impact, innovation, and growth. This is a high-impact position focused on enabling the success of the global tech function within a fast-growing fintech company.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles within fast-growing technology companies
- Strong track record in managing HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and policy implementation in complex, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading recruitment initiatives, designing onboarding programs, and implementing performance frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence across senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
