The role involves defining customer strategy, identifying new opportunities, and driving thought leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role
- Experience in the payments/ billing / invoicing / issuing / banking / Fintech space
- Executive engagement skills and presence
- Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in proposing and leading customer meetings
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
