We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide a Gold Standard Experience to our largest and most complex users. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support our users, foster long-term relationships, and drive business growth with Stripe.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise level client-facing work
- Strong product sense and energized by the challenge of solving difficult user related problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner
- Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to build and modify queries
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to interface with technical teams
- Professional, confident, and collaborative personality
