Vendor Operations Manager

Stripe is seeking a Vendor Operations Manager to lead the site-level performance of sales vendor partnerships, driving sales and user outcomes through governance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years in vendor operations, contact center management, sales operations or program/performance management
• Ability to govern vendor performance across talent, sales operations and business operations
• Influencing and up-leveling vendor executives and managers
• Running structured cadences (ROB), interpreting performance data, diagnosing systemic issues and implementing targeted solutions
