Job Description
Payoneer is seeking a Director of Service Delivery & Vendor Management to lead the strategy, governance, and performance management of vendor relationships. This role focuses on ensuring vendors meet operational, financial, and compliance expectations, fostering strong partnerships for business growth, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team (if applicable) and acting as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships within a global context.
Requirements
- Academic graduate
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing, or operations
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-vendor environments
- Strong experience in contract management, negotiations, and vendor performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with BPO, customer service, IT, or global operations vendors (a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills
- High level of spoken and written English
