Job Description
STRS Ohio is seeking a Records Management Technician to join the Member Benefits/Recipient Benefits Processing team. The technician will be responsible for preparing, imaging, indexing and maintaining documents for member records, ensuring accuracy, quality, accessibility and secure handling of documents across multiple departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to interpret and apply business rules and imaging workflows
- Ability to work with and preserve confidential information required
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required
