
Job description
We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout the greater Texas region. As a Business Development Manager for Structural Technologies, you will be accountable for bringing our structural concrete strengthening capabilities to the greater Texas market.
Support sales functions on high-value projects, develop client relationships, give presentations to potential clients, participate in meetings and calls with clients, follow up on project and client leads, assist with proposal drafts and bid packages.
Successful candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of sales experience, strong knowledge of the Texas market, and a track record of success in meeting sales goals. Ideal candidate is an innovative, decisive individual who can work effectively in a team-based environment and establish and maintain relationships.
