Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related Science fields
- 3-5 years' experience in Sales, Customer Service or Technical support role
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- Passionate about healthcare and providing high standards of quality and service to customers
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Has own vehicle and able to travel
- Able to be on-call on weekends / public holidays based on team roster
