Requirements

Complete required training and achieve certifications across Mako applications within defined timelines.
Provide in‐operating‐room case coverage, including scrubbing in as a clinical specialist for joint replacement procedures.
Support surgeons with pre‐operative planning, including CT scan planning and segmentation.
Deliver clinical and technical training to surgeons and hospital staff to enable safe and effective use of the Mako system.
Partner with sales and clinical teams to support account growth by expanding referral networks and increasing procedure volumes.
Coordinate operational processes such as case booking, documentation, reporting, and billing to ensure smooth case execution.
Participate in sales, marketing, and training activities to support adoption and utilization of Mako technology.
Prepare and submit accurate complaint reports in accordance with Stryker’s quality system and timelines.
