Requirements
- Complete required training and achieve certifications across Mako applications within defined timelines.
- Provide in‐operating‐room case coverage, including scrubbing in as a clinical specialist for joint replacement procedures.
- Support surgeons with pre‐operative planning, including CT scan planning and segmentation.
- Deliver clinical and technical training to surgeons and hospital staff to enable safe and effective use of the Mako system.
- Partner with sales and clinical teams to support account growth by expanding referral networks and increasing procedure volumes.
- Coordinate operational processes such as case booking, documentation, reporting, and billing to ensure smooth case execution.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and training activities to support adoption and utilization of Mako technology.
- Prepare and submit accurate complaint reports in accordance with Stryker’s quality system and timelines.
