Sales Representative - St. Louis, MO - Orthopaedic Instruments

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience in medical-related fields or B2B sales, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of outside sales experience. The role requires travel and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention
• Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
• Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
• Ability to communicate / present to large groups of people
• Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
