STUDENT-Orientation Mentor

The Office of New Student and Transition Programs (NSTP) is seeking highly motivated students, particularly those who have led Orientation programs for at least one year, to mentor first-year students and their families during the Fall Orientation period at Ithaca College. This is a part-time, position-based role with comprehensive support and training. Students will assist with event setup, crisis response, academic guidance, and fostering a diverse, inclusive college community.

Requirements

• Assist NSTP staff in preparing Orientation activities.
• Lead and mentor Small Group Discussions
• Provide feedback to supervisor on student experience.
