As a Senior User Researcher & AI Research Operations, you will lead and modernize the research team, implementing AI-native practices and embedding AI into research workflows. You will conduct complex research studies, connect the dots across teams, and inform decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user research roles
- Deep fluency in major research methodologies
- Experience managing contractors and vendors
- Expert knowledge of AI tools and UserTesting, SurveyMonkey
- Strong leadership and enablement skills
