Sales Director (m/w/d) - DACH (Remote)

As Sales Director (DACH), you will lead a strong sales team, develop sales strategies, and be active with customers. You will be responsible for our agency and direct customer business in the DACH region, with a focus on Employer Branding, Programmatic Advertising, and IO Sales.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong background in programmatic and IO advertising.
• Good network in the agency landscape and experience in direct customer business.
• Leadership experience in sales, ideally with responsibility for other leaders.
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication, and genuine interest in digital education.
• Very good German and English skills.
