Your tasks:

• You identify and acquire new business customers in the areas of recruiting and employer branding
• You advise your customers by phone and video call on how to best reach and win students and graduates with our products
• You are responsible for the strategic development of your customers and ensure a long-term partnership

You bring:

• You have completed a degree (BWL, Geistes- oder Sozialwissenschaften o.Ä.) or a completed training (e.g. in the commercial sector)
• You are enthusiastic about sales and have fun advising customers
• Your communication skills, decisiveness, and persuasive power characterize you
• Ideally, you bring first experiences in sales or in dealing with customers, but above all, motivation and personality count
