Job Description
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will work with our largest customers to ensure they continuously realize value with Studytube. You will be a strategic partner for directors and HR/L&D stakeholders, leading adoption and change trajectories, and ensuring success throughout the collaboration.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Customer Success/Consultancy/Project management
- Track record in complex (digital) transformations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong in executive stakeholder management, storytelling with data, and building business cases
- Analytical & data-driven
- Commercially sharp
