Job Description
Lead the Enterprise CS team in the Benelux, combining hands-on leadership with a small customer portfolio, and serve as a link between the team and the VP Customer Success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CSM in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrable experience with managing and coaching a team
- Strong in stakeholder management at senior or C-level
- Analytical and structured work style
- Commercial insight and ability to recognize expansion and renewal opportunities
