Administrative Assistant - Per Diem

Provides support functions to clinical and administrative staff in a high volume setting, ensuring attention to detail and aiding in patient charging, abstracting, and insurance referrals.

Requirements

• One to three years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a physicians practice or Clinic environment
• Command of verbal and written English
• Positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills
• Understanding of referral process
• Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management
