Job Description
STV is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their Buildings division in Owings Mills, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience working with architectural and engineering teams and a solid technical foundation. The company offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for innovation and professional growth.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with BIM 360 / Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent design capabilities and strong verbal and visual communication skills
- Strong capacity for generating technical details that are constructible
