Electrical BIM Specialist

STV is seeking a Senior Electrical BIM Specialist for our Water Practice to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for any of our Texas locations.

Requirements

• Create and manage detailed electrical 3D BIM models
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols
• Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues
• Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite
• Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library
• Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements
• Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics
• Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices
• Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities
