STV is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee and manage cost, schedule, risk, and performance controls for large-scale, complex projects. The ideal candidate brings 10 years or more of project controls experience and a strong understanding of program and project delivery.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all aspects of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, and risk analysis across assigned projects
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee development, maintenance, and review of detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators and earned value methodologies
- Manage change orders, claims support, and risk mitigation strategies to minimize financial and schedule impacts
- Collaborate closely with project managers, discipline leads, and client representatives to align on project objectives and delivery strategies
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to project controls staff, fostering professional development and continuous improvement
- Support business development and pursuit activities as needed
