STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects and programs for healthcare clients. The successful candidate will represent the owner and work with a high-performing team to manage all phases of the project life cycle.

Requirements

• Assist the Project Manager in leading the project team
• Develop policies and procedures to guide the project/program
• Monitor design and construction activities
• Forecast and identify potential liabilities and risks
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Maintain client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships
• Communicate complex ideas and persuade others to adopt positions to facilitate project success
