Healthcare Construction Project Manager

STV is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager with strong experience in managing capital programs, facility upgrades, and renovations for healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, manage staff and project financials, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical renovations and owner representative/project management experience
• Demonstrated history in managing $50 million in healthcare or related construction types
• High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and Share Point
• Experience with project management software and applications
