Project Manager|Capital Projects

Swope Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities. The Project Manager plays a critical role in the Capital Projects department, supporting the planning, design, and execution of healthcare facility projects from small space modifications to large-scale clinic expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Healthcare Administration
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years in healthcare or capital projects
• Experience managing federally funded capital projects (HRSA, USDA, CDBG, etc.) strongly preferred
• PMP – Project Management Professional
• CHC – Certified Healthcare Constructor
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (recommended for safety oversight)
