Senior Highway Engineer

STV is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join their dynamic Pittsburgh Transportation group, providing professional design services for transportation projects and contributing to the growth of the highway group and office.

Requirements

• Provide professional design services for transportation projects
• Design roadway geometrics, roadway modeling and cross section development, traffic control, signing and pavement markings, utility coordination and right-of-way plan development
• Interact with client management teams, engineers in other technical disciplines, and marketing teams
• Support proposal development
• Coordinate design development and assist with technical direction to other design staff
• Develop technical and price proposals
• Work with practice and office leadership, client development, business development and industry participation to advance your career and STV’s growth
• Establish working relationships and interface with client technical staff and project managers
• Mentor supporting Civil design staff
