Job Description
STV is seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager - Aviation to join our national aviation team. This position will support one of our aviation clients in the Dallas, TX area.
Requirements
- Organize cross-functional activities for project completion
- Manage project initiation, execution, and closeout
- Develop project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing
- Participate in project-specific marketing and proposal preparation
- Schedule and monitor manpower requirements against project budget
- Establish contractor-client liaison network
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements
- Select, supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel
