Senior Project Manager-Healthcare

STV has an opening for a Senior Project Manager-Healthcare in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will manage Capital Program Management/Owners Representative assignments and represent the owner's interest in managing design professionals and contractors constructing healthcare facilities. The Senior Project Manager will work alongside executive managers and guide the project team to manage all phases of the project life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of infrastructure owner representative/project management experience
• Experience in managing high-rise construction projects
• Experience in managing program/project teams on large complex healthcare projects
• Knowledge and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise
• High proficiency with general Microsoft applications, including MS Project and Share Point
• Experience with project management software and applications
