STV is seeking Utility Coordinators to oversee utility coordination and relocations for NCDOT division-managed programs in Asheville, NC. This role involves managing resources to determine utility conflicts and subsequent relocations, and offers opportunities for client relationships, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Develop utility relocations strategies and provide coordination/relocation services
- Interpret highway construction plans, drainage summaries, specifications, etc.
- Knowledge of innovative construction methods and environmental regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects
- Proficiently and professionally communicate technical information
- Determine cost responsibility and assist utility owners with preparation of utility agreements
- Perform QA/QC of utility relocation packages and prepare UBO plans in MicroStation
- Attend field meetings and site investigations as required
