Water/Wastewater Engineering Specialist

STV is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineering Specialist to join our Water/Wastewater division in Longview, TX, where you will be involved in the planning, organization, and development of engineering activities for water and wastewater facilities. Requirements

• Production of contract documents including plans and specifications
• Perform pipeline hydraulic flow and pressure calculations.
• Perform pump calculations and develop system curves for sizing pumps.
• Water and Wastewater treatment process engineering and design support.
• Prepares construction and design cost estimates.
• Develops project specific specifications.
• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing water and wastewater pipelines, pumping, storage, and treatment systems.
• Responsible for or willingness to learn project management, client interface and business development of future projects.
• Makes site visits during design and construction to inspect facilities.
• Review construction shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project design documents.
