SubBase is looking to hire an energetic, proactive, and highly motivated individual to join full time as a founding member of the sales development team working directly alongside our Head of Sales.
Requirements
- Reaching out to and qualifying new potential clients
- Working with the sales team to guide a prospect from initial touch points to becoming a customer
- Managing and qualifying inbound leads via phone, email, and other media
- Attending in person industry events and trade shows to generate new leads and network with potential and existing customers
- Developing sales collateral and campaigns with the sales and marketing teams
- Implementing processes and tools to improve conversion and streamline the customer acquisition process
