Logistics Lead shall support Logistics Manager in delivery of Logistics activities related to Projects, Tenders and Initiatives. Provide line management responsibility, resource planning, and day-to-day Logistics activities.
Requirements
- Delegated line management responsibility for part of the Logistics team
- Resource planning to ensure adequate coverage for project and tender activities
- Support day-to-day Logistics activities across ongoing projects and tenders
- Represent SCM Logistics in nominated internal and external meetings
- Facilitate regular communication with regional Logistics teams
- Ensure understanding of country-specific logistics, customs, and local legal requirements
- Support logistics budgets, track costs, and report budget versus actuals
- Improve logistics processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
- Promote HSE leadership, ensuring all logistics activities are carried out safely and in compliance with standards
