Adjunct RN Med Surg Theory Instructor

Success Education Colleges is seeking an Adjunct RN Med Surg Theory Instructor to integrate Watson and QSEN Model into theoretical and clinical teaching components, and to teach nurses to view themselves as part of a complex healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing, direct patient care experience, and validated clinical competence. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching theory and clinical courses, coordinating nursing area, and performing other duties as required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing or higher
• Direct patient care experience within the previous five years in medical-surgical nursing
• Validated clinical competence
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
